PLEASE CLICK IMAGE TO VIEW -  CAUCASIAN KINDJAL LATE 19TH CENTURY - with 34cm double edged blade sharply tapering towards the point and with central fuller on both sides extending over most of the length of the blade and of flat diamond section, the hilt of typical form entirely covered in nielloed silver and retained by two rivets with domed heads and wood lined scabbard entirely covered in silver as the hilt finely embossed and chased on the outside face with panels of symmetrical foliage and swirls as the hilt against a finely punched ground, the suspension mount engraved en-suite and large spherical end terminal. The whole in excellent condition and without any notable damage or defect. 49.5cm in scabbard.
