FRENCH FLINTLOCK TRAVELLING PISTOL CIRCA 1800

PLEASE CLICK IMAGE TO VIEW - FRENCH FLINTLOCK TRAVELLING PISTOL CIRCA 1800 - with two stage cannon barrel, hexagonal to round, turned and swollen at the muzzle, slight radiused continental style lock, walnut half stock inlaid with silver scrolls around the tang, iron mounts comprising butt cap, back plate,  trigger guard and turned ramrod (probably later) and the stock pierced at the forend to accept the ramrod.  Good condition, action working correctly with half and full-cock, good springs, undamaged woodwork and the metalwork to a grey/russet overall. The top jaw screw probably replaced.  Barrel 10cm, 22cm overall.
